THIS IS IT. THERE IS NOTHING ELSE.
This MOMENT is all we have! ___ Right now ! ___"This is it!"___ Now!___
My friend, Margo, has little signs around on the walls of her home. In the bathroom , on a blue wall, was a small strip of paper with the words, "This is it."
Huh ? I wondered... This is it ?
I ask her, "What do you mean?" And she answered,
"This is it. Right now. There is nothing else. This is all there is. Right Now."
THIS IS IT.
Oh. Yes, I see.
I have heard this idea expressed as: "Be Here Now."
BE HERE NOW___Dr. Richard Alpert a professor from Harvard went to India to study with a guru. He "became" Baba Ram Das and expressed it this way.

It is the same thing. There is no yesterday, and there is no tomorrow. One might say we have no past and no future. All we have is now.

Do you really want to sail here? Or maybe just pay the damn toll for the Panama Canal? ___As I understand it people do go sailing there purposely just to experience that threatening environment! They refer to it as, "the Mt. Everest of sailing." ___ Whoa ! ___Where I come from we call people like that "CRAZY."___

MICHAEL VICK, DOGFIGHTING ENTREPRENEUR
Making dogs fight is a despicable thing to do!
MICHAEL VICK deserves to be in a cage.
DOGFIGHTING is a blood-sport in which animals are specifically bred
and trained to fight each other. these animals are often forced to fight to the death.
Conducting DOGFIGHTING events is illegal in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
MICHAEL VICK was conducting DOGFIGHTING for the purpose of gambling. Read: ENTERTAINMENT. Large amounts money changes hands during these gambling events.
MICHAEL VICK, a professional football quarterback,
pleaded guilty to federal DOGFIGHTING conspiracy charges, and went to PRISON for a SHORT time. NOT long enough in my opinion.
And then he went back to playing NFL football. SHAMEFUL.

You have to admit this is a fine looking dog.
He is a fine dog. Three and-a-half years old. Has never hurt anyone. But... doesn't like all dogs. Some dogs make him crazy. I don't know what to do about that. What ? Hire Cesar Milan ? ( the dog whisperer )
