My friend, Margo, has little signs around on the walls of her home. In the bathroom , on a blue wall, was a small strip of paper with the words, "This is it."
Huh ? I wondered... This is it ?

I ask her, "What do you mean?" And she answered,

"This is it. Right now. There is nothing else. This is all there is. Right Now."

I have heard this idea expressed as: "Be Here Now."
BE HERE NOW___Dr. Richard Alpert a professor from Harvard went to India to study with a guru. He "became" Baba Ram Das and expressed it this way.

It is the same thing. There is no yesterday, and there is no tomorrow. One might say we have no past and no future. All we have is now.
